Charlie and Itchy are back in the sequel to the 1989 classic, All Dogs Go To Heaven. This time, they’re on a mission to get Gabriel’s Horn, a special horn that can open any lock and/or door, back from falling down to Earth, thanks to Carface. But Carface isn’t the “boss” anymore… he’s working for the devilish feline, Red! Will Charlie and Itchy get the horn back?
